I have been a client of Ken Yates since 1996 because he is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Even though I moved out of London to Barrie, Ontario I still work with Ken and Toyotatown. As a woman, most of us feel cheated when we discuss cars but I have never felt that with Ken and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Plus, the product from Toyota is excellent. It a 10 out of 10 pour moi.
We are happy with our Venza. Wish we had purchased the next model. Unfortunately we did not receive the colour of car that we had ordered but realize that these are difficult times for car manufacturers. Ken was friendly and professional.

Dennis and the service department informed me of repairs that were practical and explained procedures clearly. Repairs were completed in a very timely manor and I was updated as soon as they were completed. Job well done.
What a great dealership very helpful and not pushy I would recommend this dealership and Shawn Longworth to friends and family all though I could not get a car at the moment I will definitely be back this year.
