Service completed as required. An appointment for changeover to summer tires and wheel balance was provided on a date and time agreeable to me. The customer waiting area was comfortable, and free coffee was available. The requested service was completed in good time. My snow tires were neatly wrapped in sturdy new well-marked plastic bags to expedite storage and retrieval in the shared storage space of the high-rise building where I live. The summer tires were correctly inflated and the wheels correctly balanced.

Effective customer service There was a bad smell coming from my car when I start the AC. I talked to Sandeep about the problem on the phone. He advised me to come on the service station. When I went there all the staff member had provided very good customer service to solve my problem. I have changed the cabin filter and today is third day and bad smell has gone! I am really happy with there service.
Regular Service Visit The staff at Sun Toyota are knowledgeable about maintenance and its scheduling. They are able to explain which procedures require immediate attention and whether a problem can be monitored for future repair.
Service and more Came in for an oil change and the service was great. Veronica also checked to see if there were any recalls on my vehicle which there was, she covered all aspects of my vehicle and ensured I was getting the best service for it. I will be back!
sun's service i am in the automotive service industry myself, i am pleased with my experience at Sun Toyota. i have been dealing with the Wheaton's group for 20 plus years, their customer service has always been top notch. Melanie my service advisor was excellent she manged to get my truck in and out in a timely fashion, she was also very curtious and professional. great job
Sun Toyota on Whyte When I phoned for an appointment, the receptionist was very helpful. Melanie at Sun Toyota on Whyte got me in for maintenance on my Sienna van promptly, gave me options and recommended necessary work. They drove me home and phoned me when my vehicle was ready. Service I came in fro my regular servicing for my 2003 Camry and was pleased to hear that nothing more than an oil change was necessary.
