No major problems I was getting an old licence plate removed at the dealership due to rusted screws. I waited an hour and a half. They forgot to remove my front plate from another province.
Oil and filter change, lubrication Veronica Liew was very friendly and professional,with a nice sense of humor. Waiting time was ok, a good opportunity to have a coffee in the neighbourhood.
Service and Price Excellent service and great labour rate for service on my vehicle. I will definitely come back for more service on my Matrix in the future. I would recommend Sun Toyota Dealership to all of my friends and relatives.

Service It started the minute i emailed my request for service on my vehicle,i asked if they had a loaner,she said no but has a shuttle service Or better yet if you come at 8am in the morning, we can take you right away and i should be out in 45 mins. I brought my vehicle at 8.07am and i was out by 8.55am. Very frienly staff and i was really happy with the whole process.
Preventive Maintenance Service Excellent Service. Reviewed all the repair work and took permission before the work was executed. Follows up with me before every visit and reminds me of the upcoming service.
The Best People!! The Best Dealership!! I just purchased a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Ashlee Dreger, Daryll Balazar, and Deepinder Sing all were very helpful in making this come together for me. They are very helpful, friendly, and they knew what I wanted. This was done in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Service was fantastic! As far as service is concerned; this location is next to none especially the lady that was at the service counter who was exceptional when it comes to customer service. The work they did was on the recall was on the driver's side control panel and as a result I cannot actually it for myself. Time will tell if it was done properly.
