First service I bought my Tundra TRD from Sherwood Park last fall. I needed to take it in for it's first service, however that dealership, and other dealerships in the area, wanted me to make an appointment a few days ahead of time. Today I stopped by Toyota on the Trail in Edmonton, and they have an express service. They took my vehicle in right away, changed the oil, and completed a recall notice repair on the truck's computer. Highly Positive Experience Was looking for a RAV4 and initially started at a Honda dealer. The guy (Aaron) said he had a few used 2014's in stock. After looking we decided we wanted to go new. He said to come back to the Toyota dealer the next day for a private sale. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable (free lunch was provided!). Staff didn't put any pressure on us. A friendly experience while buying a truck! The salesman Sukhpreet Chahal was a true friend and met all our expectations. Great, Friendly and Efficient I love how as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces, and prompt service! Treated with at most care I arrived at Toyota on the trail to have some work done on my Yaris. Being new to Edmonton Turns out I accidentally booked at Gateway when I meant to book for the one on the trail, Veronica assured me that this was no problem and she got my car in no problem without me having an appointment. Quick help w/ car stereo I purchase my Pruis from a Wheaton Honda dealership in Edmonton and was having problems connecting my phone to the bluetooth stereo. At the Honda dealership's suggestion, I visited the Toyota Wheaton dealership, and Herman took 5-10 minutes to help me out, and then I was on my way home to Victoria. Thanks Herman!
