Friendly, informative, helpful. Great experience right from the time I made the first phone call, to driving off the lot. I live 4.5 hours from edmonton and Toyota on the Trail was extremely accommodating. Once arriving I was offered coffee while waiting for Ron. I only waited for about a minute before greeted by him. Ron was very informative on all questions asked and everything I would need to know about the car. Used car purchase I purchased a used car from Ron Bute and Chris and the experience was excellent. They treated us with the same level of respect that is usually reserved for new car customers. From first contact until the deal was complete and the car delivered we couldn't have been happier. Ryan Hunt in the business office was also very good. Great experience! Best Dealership that we've dealt with! We were in the market for a new SUV and we took a Jeep and a Subaru out for a test drive. We were actually considering buying the Subaru .. took it out for a 2nd test drive .. but we weren't 100% certain about the dealership or service we'd receive.
