Friendly and Personable I recently bought a Highlander from Toyota On The Trail and my salesman was Ron Bute. He was very personable, friendly and trustworthy. Although I experienced delays with the delivery of my vehicle, I still felt as though I received I high level of customer service. Great Dealership! I was in search of a new vehicle as mine was beginning to show its age so I was doing my research and settled on either Toyota or Mazda. New Car purchase Trading in a vehicle for a new one started out to be a very daunting experience. Excellent Dealership! We recently purchased a used vehicle from Toyota on the Trail and were amazed with the outstanding service we received! Ron Bute Product Advisor promptly greated us the moment we walked on the lot. He was very friendly and down to earth. He was great to deal with!
