Easy and stress free Had not looked a a vehicle in 10 years so was not sure what to expect. Sam made things simple and easy with no pressure or hassle.
Very satisfied with our purchase!!!! We had a very pleasant experience at the dealership. The service from Sam Shariff was very helpful and informative. He really cares about us and we felt very at ease and assured. He took care of our every concern and left us feeling really great about our purchase. We are very pleased and impressed with Sam. The finance people, Don, Cathy and Ryan also assisted us. They were all very professional. So we bought my new car and loving it.
Car Purchase Service I had a very pleasant experience at the dealership. First, the service from Sam was very helpful. Then I had to deal with Derrick as I changed my mind about the first car that I purchased. The finance personnel also assisted me. Neil Fricker I found a vehicle I liked on Kijiji. Contacted the dealership. Was put in contact with Neil Fricker. Living in Calgary, I was somewhaty hesitant dealing in Edmonton. Neil was incredible! Sam is great First experience here with Neil and Ryan were horrible and I would have never gone back. However, since they had $1000.00 of ours, we had no choice. So of course when we went back, we did not want any dealings or interactions with Ryan or Neil. We had Sam as our salesman. He is amazing. Friendly, nice, humble. My husband and I would highly recommend dealing with Sam. Don was our finance guy and he was great too. Between Sam and Don, Toyota on the Trail redeemed themselves.

Adequate Sales team somewhat spacey, but sufficiently nice. Ultimately satisfied despite some errors by the Finance department. Motivated management willing to make up for it ensured that we will consider this dealership for our future business.
