Service Department is Excellent! Have been dealing with this Toyota Dealership since before the Wheaton group purchased it. Above and Beyond Since moving to Edmonton about a year ago, my experience with Toyota on the Trail was great, until it wasn't. I had made an afternoon appointment while my mother was in town visiting, which would allow me to drop off my vehicle and take the shuttle back home while my mother watched my baby. Excellent service My experience with toyota personnel was awesome. They are all accomodating from the product advisor to the manager. They give you enough time to think and very willing to answer all the questions I had. The best part was they tried to understand the budget and give the best deal that they could give in order to satisfy customer. Thumbs up to all.
new car purchase Kim in service was excellent in helping us figure out whether it was worth our while to fix the transmission of our 2005 RAV4. After deciding to trade it in instead, we were immediately able to meet with Clayton to go over a couple of alternatives. We considered three cars and test drove a 2017 Corolla IM and a Prius C. Great service Great dealership to deal with. My salesperson, Clayton was knowledgeable and did not pressure me. We quickly arrived at a fair price. They found a vehicle out of province for me and shipped it in promptly in the time frame they said it would be shipped. Service so far has been excellent.
