This guy, Bobby, was extremely polite and gentle and more than willing to assist me to choose a best option for me and my family. I am so glad to choose this dealership instead of all the others recommended by my friends. Not the best experience but not the worst. Since time is a precious commodity, wasting it is just not good. Purchased a New Tacoma from them. My sales rep Mark Martins was good, he knew his stuff and any questions that he did not have an answer to he did not try to BS his way around them. I traded in a vehicle and though I’m not ecstatic with the trade in price Mark did a good job at negotiating to the point where I don’t feel I got a screaming hot deal, or a bad deal.
