TURNKEY OPERATION Recently bought a 2019 Highlander. From the receptionist to the delivery personnel, we were treated with the utmost respect , care and diligence. The actual dealing with the sales rep was painless and more importantly without pressure. The compromise on price and trade in value was fair to both parties.
