Service advisor Gigi Tipei she's great!!! I service 2 Toyota vehicles at their dealer and every time I get Gigi Tipei as my service advisor, she's just great in advising me on what to expect and what needs to be done for my vehicles. Everything she's doing is backed up by her professional skills and always offered competitive prices that I double check by examining other dealers rates and prices, before any work on my car is done. Nash was there from, internet, telephone and then in person. Nash Hamoodi met me like an old friend when I first came in to see the Solara. We went over a few details about the car, then he had it brought around and I drove it for a few minutes, checking out the parts I was not familiar with. When my RAV4 was giving me issues, Assad was there to help remedy the situation and to help calm ME down! He spoke candidly and gave me advice about what needed to be replaced right away. Thank You Sharon K. Farzin provided me with excellent service on May 24, 2017. My car was serviced,the winter tires were removed, and the all season radials were put on my car. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I was impressed by the good customer service, and I would recommend this dealership.
Great customer service My car was scheduled to have regular maintenance and changed for tires (winter tires to seasonal tires) on May 11, 2017. The service was efficient and awesome, they checked my car thoroughly and found out what kind of problems my car had and fixed them right away and I even had free car wash. GIGI TIPEI amazing! I leased my 2016 Camry XSE at another dealership that shalll remain unnamed. I damaged a tire and wheel on a curb covered by snow. Needing replacement I approached my original dealer and they inattentive. I brought the vehicle to Weitzes and was processed by a service advisor GIgi Tipei. She was amazing and I'm usually pretty critical. She was genuine, helped me negotiate an obscure tire warranty that safed me over a thousand dollars. TOO LONG TO GET SERVICE This dealer is great if you can wait for 2+ weeks for service. I personally dont have that much free time. I have had to wait even when appointment was made, in the check in area for more than an hour. I have asked not to be phoned but today, for the 6th time I hade to tell the caller not to call me anymore. I was immediately hung up on.
