It was easy and smooth process ! Just a month ago Julia Lukhanina helped me to lease my new Toyota iM and return my five year old Matrix , even though I leased it from different dealership before. The whole procedure was done in two convenient for me visits to Wietzes Toyota. Julia treated me nicely and professionally ! My little dog was very welcomed as well . Great New Car Sales Experience! I traded in my 2007 Prius and purchased a new 2018 Prius from Joseph Miller (and also met with the General Sales Manager, Andrew Ross, in completing the sale). Joseph (and Andrew) made the purchasing experience very positive, and when I took delivery of the car, Joseph carefully explained the features on my new Prius, set up my phone for the Bluetooth system, answered all of my questions and more!
