Service is overpriced. Oil and filter change is 1.5 times more expensive than exactly the same at Richmond Hill Toyota. In addition, the waiting time at the dealership for an oil change was 3 hours with a scheduled appointment, when they promised it to be ready in 1.5 hours.
We bought our first Toyota from Weitzes in 2009. We took it there for all our service and were always satisfied. In June 2021 we bought another car, this time from Thornhill Toyota. The sales experience was excellent. Our first service appointment was Dec. 1st. It was my first time taking a car to be serviced. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2015, bought my car from there, and get it serviced there. Last week I took it there to be serviced, and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Asad. He needs lessons in customer service!!! He is very rude, and I feel looks down on females, because of this experience, I will never deal with this dealership again!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

Thornhill Toyota can at best be described as an unethical dealership, that employs deceitful sales tactics and does not deliver. Honesty, Integrity, and Doing the Right Thing, are never characteristics that you should have to be concerned about as a consumer. Very disappointing experience with one of the employees at this place. I didn't interact with anyone else, so can't talk about others. I had my test drive and then called him after 2 days (I left after test drive). He told the car was still available on Tuesday, we negotiated but then for my counter offer, he told me he would call me within 30 minutes - which never came. The customer service is very poor. One if their salesperson told me over parking that he will knock me out but he wont because he has a record and he is going to work. But he took my plates down that he will look me up and send his sister to make it even.
Worst service experience ever On Wednesday Sept 4 I had a service appointment at wietzers Toyota and it was the worst experience ever The service was supposed to take 2-3 hours and when I asked for shuttle to Vaughan mills the girl was there in the customer service (called Alicia) and said it’s out of their area (11 kilometers away?!!!) Service Terrible and very slow service. Takes half an hour just to leave the car. Seems not interested. The only way to speed up the process is to talk to the GM
Do not recommend I don't recommend RAV4 Hybrid at all, Poor bluetooth , Navigation not modern only by writing, the heater is very annoying. Please do your research before you 're leasing/buying. The dealership did not explain the details from the beginning, Very disappointed
