We were treated with courtesy and respect. We were able to purchase the car we wanted. Derek go us a car loan through Nissan very quickly.

From the moment of talking with them on the phone to entering the doors at the dealership, all the staff were very polite, professional and very helpful. There is a certain amount of stress involved in purchasing a big expense item, but they were very respectful and reduced that stress greatly. Honestly thought it was a great experience. I purchased my first car from here and it was very welcoming. Chris and Derek were both extremely helpful just as much as welcoming. They both take pride in there jobs and meet the customers needs and wants thoroughly. Fabulous job, I would definately recommend them to others.

I was contacted by Nissan claiming that there was a great opportunity to upgrade my vehicle to the newest model. When I attended there was some information which was presented which did not add up, but I was not dealing with the normal sales representative, Fred Fuoco. I spoke with Mr. Fuoco and advised him of the situation and he took it upon himself to make the necessary corrections. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to get me financing when other places couldn't. My Overall Experience is only rated as OK because I did have one issue. After test driving the car I informed Shane that the vehicle pulls to the right while driving to which he responded that it would be fixed when the safety was done on it. I can only assume that whoever did the safety decided that the pull to the right wasn't an issue because the vehicle still pulls.
