From the original call to the appointment we found Derrick to be a very organized and knowledgable Associate. He answered all our questions and was willing to find the answers if he did not know the answers. He was willing to make the deadlines and had our vehical preped, ready and waiting for us on the pick up date. Derrick made a point of introducing us to the service department and explained everything we needed to know with regards to our new car and its lease
