Smooth and easy. Buying my used Mitsubishi from southpointe was the most pain and headache free car purchase I have ever made. They lined up an insurance company for me, which allowed me to have the insurance and regestration in order only after 2 hours of purchasing. I recomend southpointe to ANYONE who is looking for a vehicle. Friendly, profesional, and honest. A step above any other dealership.

Strongly Recommend this Dealership I cannot recall a time in which I went to dealership and actually trusted everyone I dealt with there; I can say that now. Amazing customer experience We were treated like royalty while at south pointe Toyota, with Trevor Andersen as our guide. We took our time and explored all options, and made the right fit for our family. We were offered drinks and snacks, and I even got a much needed full body massage in their special massage chairs while I waited! Got an unbelievable interest rate on a venza! The selection there was amazing, only had a hard time picking the vehicle!
Great Experience From the moment I walked into the dealership, we were given great Customer Service. The salesman was friendly, informative and followed through with everything he promised. The dealership itself was very clean and professional, and upon picking up my new vehicle, was led through all of the cars options, and walked through important items in the manual. Overall, it was a very good experience.
