Attempted to purchase new vehicle. Was told there was no issue, deposit paid. 3 weeks later notified its been sold to someone else. Terrible customer service. I would highly recommend visiting another Nissan dealership.
Well I see they still have the same service manager..... great reviews on the “SALES END” and hey I actually don’t mind their vehicles...UNTIL YOU NEED SOMETHING FIXED!!! but man their service guy get him out of there! The absolute worst in customer service.... and because of that guy we have now traded in our Nissan! And because of him I will never EVER buy a Nissan again! I still can’t get my head around WHY they still have him around.....people like that give your BRAND NISSAN a bad rap! See ya NISSAN!
The worst dealership I have dealt with This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From the high pressure sales tactics to the horrendous scam of a service department, I will NEVER deal with them or Nissan/Infiniti ever again. No service. Had an appointment to change oil in my 2019 Infiniti, when I got there they told me they had no record of my call. They couldn't take me the same day after I drove over an hour to get there.
THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! brought my Nissan Sentra in to have an oil change. In their attempt to check the filter the broke the tabs on my wife’s air intake. This is the best part they blame us for breaking it! The service manager is rude offering “oh will pay half” half? it’s your problem how is it mine” NEVER AGAIN! AWFUL rude childish bullish Service Manager! I have been a loyal customer here for 7 years, bringing my two Nissan cars for services and - lately - repairs. CBC Afternoon Drive recently had a guest on complaining about rodent damage - from all those bioplastics that modern cars now use for wire sheathing or other components in the engine area. Horrible Experience with Service DONT DEAL WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have made the switch to another dealership after countless bad experiences at South London Infiniti Nissan. Horrible sales experience and now horrible service experienc I had a horrible sales experience. I was asked to sit in the waiting room as the Business manager was busy with another client. After an hour and a half, I asked what the delay was only to find out they had forgotten I was there waiting.
