I had a very bad experience. After purchasing a brand new Infiniti QX60 I went to London Infiniti for my first service. Thae auto wipers do not work and the dealer advised they could not service the vehicle. They the od me it was covered under warranty but I would have to take it back where I purchased to have the warranty work done which is 2 hours away. This was a really bad experience.
BEWARE OF SLINFINITI BUSINESS PRACTICES Recently I negotiated a deal on a 2022 Used Vehicle for cash. I was told the advertised price of $51,000 was for a Financing Price (at 9.9%) while the cash price was actually much higher at $55,000 as they receive a kickback from Infiniti finance. They lost my winter tires I JUST purchased for this season 2022-2023. They’re trying to build me some for my Nissan with Infiniti rims and used tires! Not a chance! I will never deal with this dealership again! After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I’m gone. Byron Tire & Auto by Springbank Park is the best! I will be getting them to do my tires next year.

They install a invisitrak aftermarket tracking device with a subscription on there vehicles where they can remotely shut down your vehicle and track you. When asked to remove they refuse. Now I stuck with a 55k lemon 🍋 that's been tracked
55k CERTIFIED PRE OWNED 13 fault codes Day 1 car wobbled all the way home,smelled of fuel & carbon monoxide to the point of vomit. Had to change vent valve control and cannister valve before DEATH.Then th e battery died.Had it replaced at another infiniti under warranty.Currently 55k vehicle is sitting on my driveway dead and will not start. London Infiniti lacks customer service to the point it is almost laughable. So many issues with the sales department. No response from the General Manager at all about all the issues. They will say anything to sell a car, check options yourself. If you call them on there lies then they don't speak to you at all if your in for service, totally ignore you..lol The cars are great but this dealership is horrible. Buy elsewhere..
This place lacks the basic rules of customer service. They charged me $90 to change my key fob battery! This is a no brainer complimentary service. You want to charge for it, fine, may be $20..but $90, this is simply stealing. They dont honor their warranties, they brush you off your complaint till warranty is over. Make sure you get your complaint DOCUMENTED, that's the only way you can prove your complaint was during warranty time. I towed my nissan in and was sold a used cvt transmission for 6250$ it failed 4months later less than 2000km driven , i was never offered extended warrenty that you can purchase from the used parts supplier ! The dealership knows the terrible issues with there transmissions and when my brother asked the service manager why he would allow his service advisors to sell a used one to a customer his response was yes your right we shouldnt have but sorry your out of luck and the car is in rough shape anyway !!
