Great experience I had been car shopping for a few weeks & narrowed it down to either a Maxima or a Q50. I liked the Infiniti warranty better but in my budget a 2014 was the possibility. Manny emailed me to tell me that he had a '16 Maxima coming in shortly & asked if I was interested. The price with taxes was above my budget. New Altima. Quality sales team. Came out of town 100kms and handled most of the details by email so when arrived it was handled quickly. Don't like sitting waiting for stuff that could have been done ahead of time so file was ready and car plated. Been back numerous times for service. All good. Have sent two other family members here. Both Infiniti cars. All were treated well. Sales and service is good as it gets.
Great service provided when you walk in the door. Was met in the lot when we were parking the car (Some might say it's aggressive but Paul was great and our first impression was friendly), It was a freezing cold day but he gave us a really thorough tour of the lot and the service centre. I brought my vehicle to the dealership due to loud, screeching noises in the rear right side while driving. Following the diagnosis, I was told the differential coupler needed to be fixed for $3500. They made this repair within two hours, however, when I received the vehicle, there was a burnt oil smell which intensified while driving. When I called to notify them of this, I was told the reason for the smell was leftover oil on the muffler and that it would go away in two days. Neil, was a complete joke! (used car salesman) Caught in at least 2 lies. He is very immature in dealing with customers & has harrassed myself & my wife both with several phone calls & text messages over several days. Complained to manager who took photo of my received text from this person. The next day he calls back my wife and talks over her, She said if you contact us again we will be charging you with harrassment! Then he hangs up & text her a message.
