Excellent experience. The employee we worked with was Mr. Ashraf Zohni. We had the opportunity to get the exact same deal for the 2016 highlander from the Toyota dealership in our town in north west of Ontario. However, Mr. Zohni's knowledge in this field along with his cooperative and very polite demeanour made us go back to Toyota dealer ship in Richmond hill, over two hours from our home! He is an excellent salesperson .
Great cars, great staff! Paul was amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient and used a 'no pressure/no hassle" approach when he sold us our 2016 Highlander. He was reasonable and fair when it came to pricing and had outstanding customer service! They will definitely see our business again. Ashraf Zohni Ashraf Zhoni was the salesman who attended me when I bought a Toyota Prius. I was impressed with his attention on details and he gave me all information which was necessary, not only about the price but insurance, gas consumption, security, services, and about the Toyota company as well. Great experience The service we experienced at this dealership was incredible. We had called a number of dealerships to get a good price on what we were buying, and Andrew Ross gave us a great deal. He was very busy though, so when we went in to pay, he wasn't able to deal with us, but he did introduce himself at one point and was very friendly. Instead, we dealt with Paul who was fantastic. Professional, Knowledgeable & Personable I purchased a Prius on Aug. 31, 2016.
