Service & Price as promised When having my newer Rav serviced a couple of weeks earlier, I had enquired about my second and older Toyota (2010 Camry). I had never had a "tune-up", as I was told the platinum spark plugs did not need replacing until something like 150,000. or 160,000 km or 5 years (can't remember the exact specs, but I knew I was definitely past the 5 years and darn close to the mileage factor). Efficient and Courteous I had to take my car in for service on two occasions... one because the engine light was on after i forgot to close it all the way, and my second attendance was for a routine service. For the engine light issue, I was quickly attended to, the issue was resolved and they sent me on my way. I was a little embarrassed but they service guys were good at brushing it off. Good overall experience. I came in for regular maintenance of my Yaris sedan, including oil change. It was super-busy but I managed to get a shuttle back to work within about 15-minutes. The bad news was that the car required replacement of the front wheel hub and bearings. Expensive. I left later with a bill of over $1,500 but as I drove off the lot it felt like a brand new car. Just want to mention the shuttle drivers are top notch.
Prompt and professional Besides the high standard quality works provided there I enjoy free Sumatran coffee and car wash. Was happy with help and services. It is always a pleasure.
