Great customer service! Great experience with the service associate. He was understanding, compassionate and very supportive. Oh and always love getting a car wash with each and every service! Having to wait isn't fun no matter where, however the lounge at this location is superior so it was time we'll spent catching up on emails, watching TV and grabbing a bite to eat. Great experience overall!
Very friendly and professional The salesman went above and beyond to give good service and make sure I understood everything about my new car both before purchase and after when I came to pick it up.
Came in for an oil change The dealership is brand new and has a huge screen, from wall to wall showing sports. Great when you're waiting. Coffee on the house as well as a small deli for food Oil change was satisfactory, they had a special going on so I got a synthetic oil change for about $45, which is a fair price. Good experience overall.
Friendly customer service Always happy to visit this location. Service personnel are very curtious and understanding. The service itself is timely, never had to wait very long. Love the reminder service for appointments and follow up.

Excellent experience The service advisor was knowledgable, competent and patient/caring with me. Since I do not drive my vehicle a lot, he printed out a maintenance menu by months for me to follow, instead of the km maintenance menu. O'Neil was extremely helpful and pleasant. Good service and friendly staff. just did oil change and they suggest change of cabin filter which was dirty. Good suggestion. Labor for install was high.
