Great customer service I have been servicing my recent and previous car at your Toyota location and one of the reason's I return even though your new location is much further for me is because of Delon. I greatly appreciate Delon's honesty, knowledge and customer service which keeps me coming back. His recommendations are always spot on and no matter how busy he is he always finds the time to ensure I am satisfied with my repair and service.
Good to go The dealership is clean comfortable and friendly... It has wifi , snack bar and comfortable seating with televisions- you can stay in or catch the Shuttle to a nearby drop of or even go home to wait ! Nice place !

Regular service after purchse V good and fast service on the visit. They have done on car as promised and schedule. The technical adviser also serve very good relationship and appreciation to customer.
Oil change I had booked an appointment but had to wait longer than expected because other "walk ins" were squeezed in ahead of me. Why both making an appointment? Other than that service was good.
Service review Didn't like the online booking system; no immediate confirmation that request was sent. At the dealership, only informed after asking because I arrived early that appointment wasn't needed. Service upon arrival was fine, people all reasonably friendly and attentive, waiting area comfortable.
Service is good It was a trade-in of my nearly end of term lease, purchasing a new Hybrid RAV4. The car was nice, the salesperson answered my questions as I expected.
Toyota dealership, RaVa 4 vehicle I find the service at Toyota is excellent, very friendly customers service, while waiting for vehicle one could have a cup of tea/coffee or finger nails done FREE of charge. If customer don't care to sit around a courtesy vehicle is there to drop one home and to pick one back up and a drive back to Toyota to get one's vehicle. I will recommend Toyota any day to others. Easy and stress free I love the new location and building. There is ample parking. Check in is fast. The staff are polite and accommodating. I appreciate the email reminders. Sorry that the shuttle doesn't go north of Oak Ridges but that is completely understandable. I used to enjoy riding with the shuttle driver when I needed a ride to and from your old location. Well done!
