Expensive Very thorough explanation of my cars issue. Very expensive repair however I was kept informed on how long it would take and when to expect it reading Car wash a real bonus.

Had to lease a new rav 4 and it was painless. :) Everyone was attentive to my needs. When a new vehicle lease was a bit above my budget it was brought to my attention that another vehicle which was used as their shuttle vehicle had just reached the 16,000km mark where they put it fit dale or lease. In 2 days it was totally ready and available to me. On time on budget. I have no complaints or concerns about how I was treated. Well done to all the staff! And thank you.

Recall on rav4 Everything was done in 1/2 time from what I was expecting and told. The staff as very friendly and helpful answer all my questions.
Very impressive I took my Takoma into the dealership to get an engine light alert checked out. I was very impressed with the overall look of the dealership. And it was beyond clean. The staff that I dealt with were very knowledgeable and very friendly. Unfortunately there were more problems with the truck than I expected to find. So I spent more time and money in getting it serviced properly than I would have liked. Sales try to sell more When I did the oil change, the sales told me if not do a full service, the warranty will not working. It's scare me.
