Dealership worth visiting and buying from I never enjoy going in to buy a new or used car. But it has to be done. I went to one other Toyota dealership prior to going to Richmond Hill. I did not like my experience there which is why I came to this one. I did not even realize that Jamie usually sells used cars. He was terrific to deal with. Excellent service as usual Bought our 2nd Toyota vehicle today and all I can say is, what excellent service as usual from RH Toyota. Our salesperson Paul Stancer is a really laid back guy, not pushy at all, who answered our questions patiently, was very honest with us, and helped us every step of the way until we drove out of the dealership with our new vehicle. Good but costly Good service, but prices are higher than average in the industry. If you use it often, it becomes expensive. That's why I use it only if there is something very Toyota specific. In other cases I go to an alternative mechanic.
