Take me vehicle in for service comes back scratched. Then they try and make it sound like my fault. Had tires installed had to go to Canadian Tire to get the tires balanced right. Service writers never fully listen to complaints they have selective hearing. Have to take my vehicle to a Ford dealership from now on for oil changes to avoid getting new scratches on my vehicle. Will have to go to Edmonton or Calgary for service or warranty work. Avoid this dealership they don't do proper or quality work.

Sales lady was nice , but manager was pushy . Insisted on a down payment to hold , which is fine and normal practice. If you don't have a recall recommending you to not bring you vehicle off the lot. Not to mention also took 3 days to get back to me about financing. Went to dodge and was approved in less 5 minutes and left wit a bran new
The most horrifying and degrading experience I have ever been through. I'd give the sales associate Cianna a 4 star because she did her very best in trying to earn our business. But she didn't because of one person: Jacquelyn Howden - a disgrace to management, the dealership and lacks human attention. Dealership is a mess. Sales department does not have integrity. Bought a new vehicle and looks like court maybe needed to get dealership to listen.

I am sure you have heard of service second to none-red deer Nissan has none.A recall dating back to July finally arrived (my letter in October said it was in stock)we made an appointment for 10 a.m.and at 2 p.m.they called to say they hadn't started the 4 hour job.We live 35 min.from dealership so had to leave-job not done, my recommendation is to exercise your choice and deal with a reputable co.

Zero stars Worst Service Experience of my LIFE!!!!! I just left that dealership and I wish I never had to go back but unfortunately they are the only Nissan dealership in Red Deer. The Fixed Operations Manager Mike Tichbourne was the rudest service person I have ever experienced in my 41 years on this planet. My wife bought a Juke a couple years back from this location , there was to be extra oil changes done for free, none we’re honoured ——- beware!!!!

Charged us a "non-negotiable" security etching fee of $699 on top of $599 administration fee for a 2015 Nissan Frontier. Money grab. Never again.

Legally yes you can keep the deposit customers put down on vehicles BUT when your salesperson and sales manager verbally tell you “Absolutely “ you get your deposit back... and you don’t...that’s a crime. So customers be warned, get it all in writing before you give them a dime. Also do you homework, our purchase price and biweekly payments didn’t add up.....so do your own math.
