Fantastic experience! I was hesitant at first, as I was not looking to trade in my vehicle. I was open and honest about that, and what it would take for me to consider upgrading. I felt heard, respected, and no pressure to buy if it wasn’t the right deal for me. They nailed the vehicle choice, with exactly the features that interest me - and offered me a fantastic deal that made my choice easy to make!

No Pressure Purchase The vehicle we traded in on the Rogue was a pressured purchase. We felt nothing like that with Joe. He was great to deal with. Very good experience We were looking for a good used car and Shaun was great! He understood our needs and our budget, and worked with his team to find a way to get us into the car we wanted for a price that worked for us. I would definitely recommend Shaun as he was knowledgeable, very personable, and easy to deal with. Everyone else we came into contact with at the dealership was friendly as well. Car Sales Done Right I’m not a fan of buying vehicles, but Shaun at Red Deer Nissan was great. I appreciated his no bs sales approach. He listened to what I was looking for, found it and we made a deal. No pressure, no up-selling and I believe he genuinely wanted to help my wife and I find the right vehicle for us. Great Experience Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Shaun was our salesmen and he made the experience of buying a new vehicle so easy, painless, and hassle free. He even came in on his day off when we wanted to test drive the Nissan Kicks for the second time.

Awesome service Had problems with our Ford Flex. Phoned around town and the earliest anyone could look at it was early next week. Phoned Nissan and they told me to bring it by to see what was wrong. I knew it was a power steering line because Mobil 1 on gasoline alley diagnosed it for me. ( Aaron is awesome there by the way.). Nissan quoted me a price for parts and labor. The part apparently was difficult to get off as it was rusted pretty bad but Darryl stood by the quote and got my wife back on the road ASAP. Couldn’t be h... read more
