Highly recommend Purchased a new Altima from Red Deer Nissan today, can't say enough good things about this dealership, was treated with respect and they made me feel like a valuable customer, Salesman Dan Voicey was one of the best sales people I have experienced in a long time, Cameron O'Connell the finance guy was also very helpful, they were also very competitive with the extras I purchased through the parts department.

Great! Great experience. Nissan employees took their time, weren’t pushy, or greasy. Dan really was the man! Only so-so thing I can say is that it took 7 different numbers to get me my ideal price but eh.

He put all my concerns to rest and I'm confident I got a great quality car at a fair price, he covered all areas of warranty, price range details, and service. Bought a vehicle 11/16/2018 Bought a used Nissan Murano from Frank the sales guy his service was fantastic the pricing was excellent I would recommend Nissan Red Deer to anyone and everyone.
Great customer service followup I had a few issues after purchasing my Nissan murano but the customer liaison Phyllis did everything to resolve all my concerns. Multiple phone calls, emails and messages. She went above and beyond for me.
Dismissive Service Department. Brought in for diagnostic on all dash trouble lights illuminated, and mileage cut in half. Dash lights due to sensor, parts ordered, dismissed on the mileage issue. 1 month later, returned for install of the sensor on order, and again, dismissed on the same mileage issue which is a torque converter that will suddenly not lock up below -10C. Left dealer, 105km later, dash lights are back on, so called service and I'm told they could book me in, but there may still be a full charge to scan the is... read more
Nissan has be awful to deal with for our lemon of a Kicks. Our first issue came up a month into owning it when the battery would not charge. The mechanic at Nissan couldn't figure it out until the tow truck driver pointed out that the cables running from the alternator to the battery was not the correct size.
