Had truck in few times. Never happy leaving. Always have to start going though vehicle issues and they don't get delt with. Called lots. All they say is bring in(4times with video proof) and still go away paying and not fixed.

Bad Chat Experience Never got a good answer, the only way to find out exact numbers is to do a pre app ?? We don't just pull numbers out of the sky ?? maybe wasn't the right morning for Frank. Frank Customer service is very important for a sales person, be police and friendly doesn't cost anything . I hope you learn from this, unfortunately didn't work for me,

Terrible Place My husband and I were in the market for a new SUV and we went online to ask where to go. One young lady told us that she bought a Jeep from an individual named Kevin and that he worked at Red Deer Nissan and was the best car salesman she had. Service Visit My husband and I have bought 3 brand new Nissan vehicles from this location. I have serviced my 2011 Rogue here faithful since its purchase. The communication and level of customer service this week has been nothing short of disappointing. I booked an appointment on Monday for Thursday to have my oil changed along with my breaks looked at. In the course of 4 days, I have spoken to 4 different service personnel. NOT HAPPY AT ALL Our experience started out not bad . Ended horrible. They owe us money for a refund but they won’t give it to us. We have been fighting for over a month and half . They nagged us every time we talked to them about getting our money back about giving them a good review. We said once we got our money we would do a review. WELL HERE WE ARE . WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR MONEY. “ GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK” If we owed you money you would be banging on our door.

Rip Offs, Beware! My daughter was charged $100.00 for a yellow block heater cord plug that Red Deer Nissan got from Canadian Tire. They used black electrical tape to install it. They had promised her an original part. They are liars, and frauds. When called on their lies, they said there was "Nothing they could do."
Worst experience with a manager in a dealership I have never been treated so horribly by a dealer. There was not a care given to our vehicle problems or frustrations when it was found to not be fixed on pick up. It was towed in for a no start, told it was fixed, wouldn't start when we went for pick up, had tech plug in and attempt a boost with no luck. That was all that Kyle was willing to do. terrible service 2 appointments to fix a noisy power steering pump - changed cabin filter and told us that squeal was normal and told us that was all they could do. Went to Go Auto Nissan in edmonton and they changed out the power steering pump in 2 hours. not the 1st time red deer nissan has been hard to deal with . stay away
Beyond awful!!! Towed my car to Red Deer Nissan. Quoted a ridiculous amount of money for repairs I didn't need. Received an invoice for repaiirs they didn't do not once but twice. Service Manager is rude and obnoxious. Bad, Bad, Bad customer service.
