Hard working, family oriented The team at O'Regan's Nissan in Dartmouth worked soo hard to get us into our 2015 Rogue SL. Christina worked on her 2 days off with the help of the general manager Joel and her rep to get us approved. Tim worked hard to find a vehicle that met our standards and had all the features we wanted. Great overall experience. Even though the 2014 Mustang I purchased, after seeing it on the internet and travelling from Fredericton, was not quite what I expected, Elias renegotiated the price to where I was completely satisfied. Great Overall Experience The time had come to downsize from my F150 and I was a little apprehensive as I hadn't searched for a car in very long time. Met up with Jon Pickett and he immediately put me at ease and told me to be patient and he would find the right vehicle for me. Great customer service I attempted to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder from the dealer in Moncton (Rallye Motors). Night and day difference and worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to Dartmouth. In Moncton I was given paperwork to sign on 2 separate occasions that was supposed to represent the deal we had agreed on. In one case the KM's on the lease was reduced from what we had negotiated and in the second case they had made a mistake on the model we had discussed and presented paperwork for a lesser model. Excellent!! The staff at Nissan O'Regans Dartmouth are excellent. Frankie (my salesman), was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind a few times with the vehicle I wanted to go with. In the end he helped me pick a vehicle with all of my requested features and made certain I was satisfied with my decision. I am so far happy with the service I have received and the purchase of my new vehicle. The staff at this dealership should be commended for excellent customer service!
What a team!
