Car buying made easy Had a very specific vehicle I wanted and O'Regan's was able to buy it at the auction and gave me a great trade-in value! I saw my trade only lasted on their website for a couple days so everybody won in the end
A rocky start but a good experience overall. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Micra from this dealership. Overall it was a pretty straight forward process. It's was a fairly low pressure environment. The sales person has to come with you when you test drive a car, which frankly I dislike. Most dealerships don't require this anymore so this is something I'd probably advise them to work on. I also ran into a bit of an issue with the roof rack I purchased. Fantastic Mr. Jon Picket, our sales rep, was great to deal with; he was very professional and courteous. He had vehicles from other lots ready for us to view as per our request. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the many features of each vehicle. He listened to our needs and went the extra mile to meet them.
