Excellent customer service Kevin was easy to work with. Got me out of my 2017 into a new suv for the payment price I liked. It was easy and he did not pressure me into anything like most sales people.
Quick service Nice staff especially Bob the friendly and funny shuttle driver. Can tell he loves his job. Quick service. Massage chair rocks. Clean wait area. Would likely go back.
Seamless and professional We recently purchased a new 2019 Qashqai. The sales consultant and the financial services manager were excellent to deal with. They both provided us with excellent customer service and both were extremely knowledgeable and professional, in their respective positions. Got a great deal from O'Regan's Nissan Elias Safatli gave us a great deal on our 2017 Nissan Qashqai. We asked several dealers for their best quotes, and Elias had the lowest. He also sweetened the deal by arranging for the car to be delivered to us the very next day, for free—all the way to Cape Breton! (Don't know if he'll want word to get out about that one!) Superior Customer Oriented Service My husband and I recently purchased our vehicle this year and we had the fantastic luck of having Jon Pickett for our sales person. He was exceptional from beginning to end with the hunt for our new vehicle and he and his manager both went above and beyond in assisting us. Their whole team of employees were fantastic from sales to service. I definitely recommend Jon Pickett and his team to anyone and intended to go straight to him the next time I need a new vehicle.
First time buyer I just purchased my first car. Rob Nasrallah was very helpful, very patient and friendly. We reviewed several options together. Finally he found the right car for me and did his best to make it work for me. He continued his support after the purchase. Elias gave me a great deal. It was my first car purchase and Christina kindly respond to my several questions.
