We found all employes to be very helpful during our car buying experience. Jon Pickett was very helpful and friendly while we did our test drive on day one . Frank diggs took the time to explain all the features of the car and answered all our questions on our next visit. The service manager Brian mcgregor is always helpful and professional during our visits! Elias was also helpful! Overall the experience was a positive one! Response from bonar and Myrna Caldwell as they do not have a computer but wanted to complete review!
They looked for two weeks finding me my perfect car because the one I was originally looking at got sold. They gave me the best deal on the car they could. And went out of their way to get it for me from another dealership
Frankie Diggs, the salesman, went above and beyond (hour or more) with explaining the electronics on the new Nissan Pathfinder, setting up our Bluetooth, customizing our seat settings, etc, (he even went over how to set up our side mirrors to prevent blind spots). Got great friendly service from Frankie when we were in looking for a new car last year, and again this year to replace it. He has great customer service and a vast wealth of knoweldge about the products that they are selling. I definately recommend dropping in to see Frankie if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
We received great service during and after sale of the car. From the Sales person to the financing manager the process of purchasing our new vehicle was how it should be.
Just kicking tires last week knowing that I would be trading my 5 year old truck in the coming few months for something new, or nearly new, something I do every few years. I received excellent customer service from JT. He called me several times to update me on the progress. He answered all my questions and was got me just want wanted in my price range! I got a lease and I will defiinently be back!
Was in the market for a new car and was just "browsing", and this was the first place we started looking. We were greeted by JT and he was very friendly, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgable.
