amazing customer service from sales perspective. energetic but not pushy (J. Thompson) . very customer oriented as far as goals, desires and needs of the consumer. very flexible as my hours are inflexible as I am a physician. JT would meet with me at any time based on my needs even on days off.
We went in to O'Regan's to start talking about the possibility of trading in our 2002 Nissan Altima. We had no intentions of actually purchasing a vehicle soon, let alone that day. We were greeted by friendly employees who offered us coffee and water while we waited for Jonathan (or J.T. as they call him), with whom we had an appointment. My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience with Jonathan and the team at Oregans Nissan. The buying process was very relaxed, and any questions or concerns I had with the vehicle were quickly answered and I was provided with the paper work to reflect the answers. I left the dealership very pleased with the price I paid for the vehicle. My wife and I went to O'Reagan's Nissan Dartmouth to see a Corolla S advertised online. We walked into the dealership and within minutes, Marc Vautour introduced himself and offered assistance. We told him what we were interested in and he immediately scrambled to locate the vehicle. He quickly realized that the vehicle was sold, so he offered to pull up similar models for us to try out. When I was in the market for a new truck I did my shopping around and visited a lot of dealerships. I found that with all the other dealerships, the moment you stepped foot onto their lot a salesperson is right behind you telling you how good this car is and why I want it, which I found extremely annoying. It did not seem like the staff knew what they were doing. Overall we spent about9 and a half hours in the waiting room.
sales team always great to deal with service department is very difficult to deal with always trying to upsell products and do not seem to care for the customer. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Oreagan Nissan but may not again as service dept is always a negative experience
We wanted a 2025 Nissan Kicks. They never gave us a quote and kept pushing the 2024 Kicks at us.They gave us two quotes. One on the Kicks S and one on the SV model. They said it was their choice to do this as they wanted the 2024 vehicles gone from the lot. Next, he asked if we wanted a Security Protection, no price mentioned. I went in to buy a suv and I told them I had a price I only ,could afford and they gave me some prices, so Ellen and another gentlemen told me to leave it with them and they would work with us. So a week later I set up another appointment and went in and she went and got.
