Satisfied in the End I just purchased a Demo 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum 3 weeks ago and had a good experience with Cliff(Sales Rep) while purchasing. When I came to pick the truck up a few items were not fixed but after dealing with Russ, Alex, & Cliff all my needs have been met and I'm very satisfied with my truck. Rocky start but overall satisfied customer I first came to Peace Arch Toyota in May because I was interested in a used Tacoma but was disappointment with my initial experience. I voiced my concerns and Russ Daniels (sales manager) and have been pleased with my experience since then. There have been bumps along the way, but Russ has consistently stepped up to take ownership and make things right. I now have a new Tacoma and am very satisfied.

Excellent service by Sherrie I just purchased 2015 rav4 , was very happy with the customer service , have been repeated customers for Toyota for the last 25 years and was never explained about the features as we were this time. We were thinking of changing to another model but we accidentally went to peach arch and with the service we got from Sherrie got us going with Toyota again.
