Excellent Service manager The 2016 Toyota Highlander has an under-covering of plastic on the front. Provision is made for a tow hook to be installed on either side of the front bumper, should the vehicle be stuck or in need of a tow. The tow hook was standard issue until 2013, but missing from the "tool box" in following years. In communicating with Toyota Canada, knowledge of the tow hook provisional receptacle was missing, let alone of some support.
