Efficient When I requested that I only want the mandatory service done, it was done. No surprises. Nelson listens to me when we discuss my service, and he explains it all.
Knowledgeable and helpful sales staff Joey in sales was very helpful and didn't get grumpy when I wanted to drive multiple different versions of the Tacoma on different days. His knowledge base was very good as well, and he would find out answers if required rather than feed me a line. Jacqui in the business office was wonderful as well. Friendly, and not high pressure.
