tire leak after visiting the dealership,how they solve it My tire deflated after I went to the dealer with a tire problem. I had to contact the dealership since I couldn't drive with a flat tire. They offer to send me a technician to blow up the tire. The technician came, he offers to drive my car to the dealership but I was planning to come with him anyway (I appreciated the offer tho). Efficient To buy new more efficient car for day to day driving and the occasional long trip. Very impressed with general overall drive. Need more lessons on the overall workings of the gagets.
We recently bought a new Toyota Rav 4. Our sales rep, Joey, was excellent. He listened to our needs and included the kids. We enjoyed the experience and are happy with our decision.

Wonderful Experience as always-Burt Its only because of my sales agent Mr. Burt Townsend..he is extremely professional, dedicated and hardworking indiviual. Definately recommend..only Burt. the service was prompt and courteous The service department expressed compassion and concern. They were thorough and detailed with describing the service that I was requesting. They acknowledged me with understanding and they took the time to listen to my concerns. Excellent customer service.
Trunk Seal Replaced and New GPS Disc I was disappointed the price of the disc and it was a 98 version. However service was excellent and prompt. Coffee was also good and tasty.
Great customer service experience I had the pleasure of dealing with Manny. I dropped my car off at the very end of the day and he was so nice to give me a ride home (normally a shuttle is available). Even though he wasn't at the dealership the next morning, he personally called me to give me an update on my car. I had a lot of work to get done on the vehicle, so he suggested the most cost efficient way to do the repairs. Thank you for your help Manny! Michelle
