As always, excellent service by Ed and the whole team. The welcome by everyone is great. The technicians do their jobs. All the service desk knows your name and says hello and Ed Dabbour looks after me wonderfully.
Oakville Toyota has been my dealership o choice for 14 years Mazzen has been the best of all sales representatives I have used in past 30 years. Informative efficient caring and answered every question in detail. But it was his presentation and sense of humour that made the purchase most enjoyable.
Good and quick service I had a quick and effective service for my car. Waiting area was well organized with comfortable seating and WIFI. Coffee and water were available.
Friendly and courteous Fast and efficient services. Price is competitive with private garages! They even checked other parts that were not part of the service requested (windshield wipers) and corrected the deficiency at no extra charge. I will use Toyota service all the way.
Great Service Great service but nobody seems to smile on the service desk! Maybe because it was Friday of a long weekend. 25 word minimum is too long.
Great courteous service Manny was friendly and polite. He explained all the steps involved. The service was done promptly and driver provided on demand to transport me to and from the service center.

Good service and trustworthy advice. I recently learned that the ownership of Oakville Toyota changed last December so I was interested to see what changes were made, if any. I found the commitment to excellent customer service has not changed with trustworthy advice still available. The Wednesday senior discount is still available as is the association with Aeroplan. I will continue to have my Camry serviced at Oakville Toyota.
No upsell Had an issue and Manny and the technicians found a lower cost solution for my old 2005 highlander. Much appreciated! I trust Manny, Ed and the group to look after my vehicles and price jobs for the customers term loyalty, not a quick buck.
