Friedly & efficient service as usual. I have been dealing with this dealership since I moved to Oakville in 1998. They do a good job of analyzing any service required. I needed to have my brakes checked out. Manny gave me an estimate & the problem was fixed in a few hours. The Shuttle service is good & the drivers always have interesting stories to tell. I am happy that the new owner kept the service department intact. I always get service from Manny & Ed Darbour ( sp?)
Good quality service It was easy to schedule with convenient for me time. Service appointment happened on time, with service adviser friendly, attentive to details and willing to help. Car was properly protected by liners on the floor and on the wheel. Results of service in general satisfactory, although i believe issue with glove compartment door is still exists. another appointment was scheduled to replace weather stripping on roof (parts to be shipped). Very satisfying experience Since 1999, I have been dealing with Oakville Toyota and found the dealership clean and comfortable. The service has been excellent and the people very curteous. The prices are good. The technician who installed our phone in the car went above and beyond the call of duty.

Sequioa service Appt for 8k service vehicle taken in on time showroom clean and comfortable - service wait area clean , an attendant actually made a coffee for me. Vehicle ready as promissed and value for service provided was fair. Service advisor curteious.

Excellent Service It was such a pleasure dealing with Burt Townsend. We received Burt's excellent service from the time we came in for a test drive, to the time we picked up our new 2017 Rav4 XLE.
