Above and beyond My car was looked at immediately. There were more issues than I'd hoped. Manny went above and beyond the call of duty. This helped take the sting out of the cost. This was the first time l was treated so well. I like that! My car runs very well! They even fixed the clock which l couldn't figure out from day one.
Efficient & Friendly service Brought my Rav4 in with a belt related noise...was able to get a quick potential diagnosis on the spot from the service advisor, who scheduled me in for an appointment...wound up being an aging serpentine belt, so the fix was quick & not expensive in this case, along with a couple of other minor maintenance items, all done per estimate and on time. The hand wash also is genuinely appreciated.
