Today’s service was quick unlike previous appointments. Today’s service was quick,I tried to make appointment couple weeks ago and told wait time for tire change could be two hours or more,Other appointments made for service in the past vehicle was there for hours even for oil change, I can go to jiffy lube and get it done right away that is why I do not bring my vehicle to Toyota dealership.

Great service with a personal touch My wife and I bought our first Toyota from this dealership in 1986. Purchase Email inquiries about the vehicle were answered very promptly. Every effort was made to be accommodating under the Covid-19 restrictions. Brent Ogletree was a pleasure to deal with.
Friendly Staff, but Not Fast We drove 1.5 hours to our 10:30 am appointment which was made several weeks earlier. It needed to Warranty Service and a replacement of brakes. We were told that it would be very likely that the car would not be done that day, and we would be best to lease a car, go home and come back the next day. That was a bit discouraging. Although they gave us a 25% break on a lease vehicle, it did cost us another day in travelling, the lease as well as gas. Not sure how they were in a position to be overboo... read more
