Worst car purchase experience Went into the dealership to buy an Infiniti QX60. Sales process was OK (salesman was Frank Tatone) and was taken to the finance office. I had no interest in buying any of the 'add-ons' and informed the finance contact (part of Crystal Ursuliak's team) who proceeded to tell me that he had a 'legal obligation' to tell me about their products. Parts Department Unorganized and unprofessional.Ordered a part. Called to see if the part was in (over a week, was told it would be 2 days)Was told a part wasn't in with an attitude by the parts person and they would call when it was in, was less than a KM away from dealership. Got home and had a voice mail stating part was in 4 hours earlier than my initial call. I call back and asked what happened and why was I told the part wasn't in when it was. Service Department Failure The fixed operations manager, Dave, is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at a dealership. After attempting to make a service appointment, I was hung up on twice and left on hold for over 4 minutes. I asked for the manager so that I could express my displeasure and he brushed me right off, as if hanging up on customers and leaving them on hold for lengthy periods of time is acceptable. Happy Customer turned Mad My review was going to be one of excellence. Jack in sales was great to do business with and the sales manager was awesome at crunching numbers to make this sale work for me. Financing went smoothly and transferring of vehicle was quick and easy. However, now home and on looking through vehicle, I feel 100% deceived The CarProof was never given to me by the dealership and I, absent minded, didn't think to ask about it. Setting up an appointment On November 30th, my service engine light came on for my Nissan X trail. I called a service advisor to set up an appointment for the next day. Instead of the service advisor trying to accommodate my request, the response I got was: We are busy this week and I can fit you for an appointment a week from Wednesday. Not understanding the sense of urgency, I even suggested that I can leave my vehicle there and rent a vehicle until the problem could be addressed. Great on selling....Absolutely Worst on after sales service. Bought a 2015 rogue. Had a great sales experience. Dealt with Amberre and Gurpreet. Have made at least 10 phone calls to.inquire about remote starter installation. No one seems to care at this dealership. This is in a striking contrast to my previous seamless experience with Honda. The vehicle I've bought is great, however, the attitude of people supporting the vehicle for after sales is not even close to acceptable service levels. The Cons outweigh the Pros...buth who is to blame? After reading all the reviews and finding a "good" price on the internet, I made an appointment to see the advertised Nissan Pathfinder SL (Pro #1: Response was very prompt). Once on site, I mentioned I am ONLY interested in the vehicle that was advertised, was given an initial quote $10,000 higher?? Management Macon was rude, abrupt,arrogant and unprofessional he is not a person I would employ in my business. I was very happy with the customer service up until Macon walked in.

I got deceived by this dealer/ I bought a new infinity qx60 with navigation and backup camera and lot of other extra from this dealer. I just found out today by one of their own sale representative that my navigation system is an after market product. When I asked them why they do that instead of receiving an apology the sale manager tried to intimidate me by shouting on me and telling me go to court. They even didn't include the user manual with the vehicle and when I went to the dealer they didn't provide me with one copy.... read more
