The worst dealership I've ever been to! Treated me like absolute garbage... talked down to me and treated me as if I wasn't ready to purchase a car (which I was and gladly did at another dealership). Please stay away from this dealership unless you'd like to be disrespected. The person we dealt with pretty much told us to get covid as we were leaving... absolutely disgusting.

Service is the absolute worse. I will not be using them in the future and recommend no one use this company. Nissan's great cars but this dealership is the worst. DO NOT BUY OR TAKE VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE! Bought an extended warranty for the vehicle and the limits on items covered are absolutely ridiculous. Got a quote from the to fix a scratch of $1200+ and only $250 is covered. Was sold as bumper to bumper coverage. If I could give them a negative rating I would!

The aftersales customer support is horrendous. Even when one is able to contact somebody, is promised a follow up that never comes. More than this, for a car having 7 years on the market (4th gen Nissan Pathfinder), the people at this dealership show a concerning lack of knowledge. Avoid !

We went to this dealership recently to shop for two new Nissans for our family. We found the sales "professional" difficult, and did not listen to what we were after. They were consistently trying to push us back toward options & financing etc that we did not want, and it was clear that they felt we owed them a living. Our time was wasted with them making repeated trips to see their manager. We test drove two vehicles and were there for two extremely painful hours. We bought the full scratch and interior tear package and have been trying for over a year to get Newmarket Nissan to honour the package with no success. Bad, bad after sale customer service. Bad.

Rip off I would never go to or recommend this dealership to anyone. My son was buying his first car and they tried to scam him by upwelling $7,000 extra or 30% more than sticker price. Shame on them.

I test drove a pre-owned 2015 Nissan Murano on Friday, January 17 and told them I would think about it over the weekend. On Saturday, January 18, Jason Fernandez emailed me with an offer, at which I replied that I accept the offer. I called on Monday, January 20 to ask about next steps, at which time Jason replied he couldn't do the deal as written. How does a dealership survive when they don't follow through on what they say? Pressure Tactics ? Folks be aware of this character! Went to this dealership to dry out a new Nissan Rogue. After test drive, I ask the salesman Mr. Harrison Roy, for the list price of the vehicle. He refused to give me the list price because I was not ready to purchase a vehicle at that moment. Not a good way to do business, not to give a list price, what's the secret on a list price? The information is available on the internet !!

They damage my vehicle in a service but refuse to fix I regret to go to Newmarket Nissan to replace the Transmission. They didn't admit they screw my Transfer Case and asked me to pay for their fault. Before they replace the Transmission, they did the full inspection and didn't find any leakage from my Transfer Case. It keeps leaking after they replaced the Transmission. Then they asked for $3,400 to replace the Transfer Case from my pocket!!! What a hoax!!! They refused to fix the damage caused by them. Terrible service!!!
