Expect to get low balled Was given information through email only to walk in and be asked to sit around for hour and then get a much higher price. They inflated MSRP and pretended to save you a ton of money. I understand it's young and inexperienced management, but they should have more respect for their customers level of knowledge.
forget this dealership... terrible We went into this dealership looking to buy a demo Nissan Rogue and they totally lied about there not being any left at other dealers. Dishonest, rude, and unprofessional I took my Nissan Murano (2015) I n because the engine light was on . After waiting for hours I was told by Kevin Norquay) that computer scan didn't pick up any problem so they just reset it They charged me $64.41 for diagnostic scan. The light came back on the next day so I have to call and schedule another appointment. They wanted to charge me again for a diagnostic scan that I refused. My brand new Murano had a big gouge in the antenna & 125 km Their policy of new cars having less than 50km is BS and I was asked to sign the paperwork without even seeing my brand new Murano and it turned out to have 125km already, NOT less than 50 like the paperwork indicated. Service is too bad... stay away I do not recommend this dealership, I had several unpleasant service transactions and eventually made decision to send my Infiniti 2006 to the junk yard and never deal with this dealership in particular, and Nissan cars in general. Terrible servicd I had a terrible time with their service department. After new management I thought bad experiences would be gone. Was I wrong. Brought my car in for a flat tire, it took them 1 day to put a new tire on. I had to call them 3 times to check the status. And they did not acknowledge the error. They stated they were busy. Busy is not a reason for terrible customer service.
new management sucks!!! Bought a new titan back in November had a good sales man everything was fine. Now new management took over and fired all the good sales man and now I'm left in the dark with no help and no customer service. Pay out the butt for warranty then when something breaks they charge you? The truck isn't that old and I'm already having problems with it and they don't want to help. Worst experience ever. This is my second review of this dealership. I bought my Rogue in August, 2015 . When we were discussing the purchase with the sales person, Josh, we specifically asked about the CVT transmission because we'd been told there could be problems with it. Not good We were supose to receive incentive and didnt receive when supose to! 4 days later, still havent received.. I just wish things would have been ready and organised... And they werent. What was important was ONLY the sale of a vehicule.
