The waiting area was outside the sales lady office so for 10 minutes listened to her berate a salesman for his lack of attention to detail, not her job etc etc. I wouldn’t buy a car off her or that dealership. Totally unprofessional.
I took my Nissan Maxima Platinum to Newmarket Nissan because I was getting a chassis module error on dashboard. They made me to take my car 4 times and they charged me $1268 to simply repair a wiring issue. After all frustrations and going back and forth, I noticed that back up camera is completely shut off. I brought this issue to my advisor ( Stephen Plumley) and I was told they need to replace the entire unit for $4000 despite the fact that display was working previously. Bought a Nissan Sentra from Nissan at hwy 7 and Yonge. The service was awful awful so now go to Nissan newmarket. The people who work there are wonderful however I have had many issues with the car and do not recommend This vehicle. Unfortunately the service end is never able to find issues bc they only look at the visible issues and if the car is not demonstrating the electrical issues at that very moment it is there they say it is working properly without replacing or seeing if There are any wiring, fuse or gauge issues. I paid $214 for winter tire installation. It is a total rip off, behold and take your car another location, lest you would have my similar terrible experience. The pricing for this service is a joke. I have never experiences such a thing in my life.
My wife and I are loyal customers with our QX60 and Altima. Both vehicles were purchased and serviced exclusively by Newmarket Nissan/Infinity. However, we feel that we were taken advantage of by the service department with a recent and costly transmission repair that then turned out to be an electrical issue. The bill was $4,500 and one week later, I have still not heard back from the dealership with an explanation.
Does not even deserve 1 star. If your vehicle is under warranty, do not come here. I live in Newmarket, and take my truck to Barrie...that is how bad they are!!!
My preference is always to seek to resolve problems directly rather than write a poor review. Over 3 different encounters at this dealership unfortunately my request to speak with management to resolve went unanswered. 1st trip, needed an oil change and seasonal tire swap- 2 hours later the service advisor indicated my vehicle was almost done, 45 minutes later he went back to check again, 20 minutes later I was paying, lots of apologizing for terrible service. I love driving my Nissan Rogue. However, I felt pressured to lease this vehicle. I was quite upset during the prolonged process. My experience with service dept has always been upsetting. They make appointments but do not respect my time. I have made repeated trips to get one issue resolved. Hopefully, it will get fixed today, more than a year after my first request. Rude, lier, unprofessional and careless team, no matter sales or service both team do not provide you with the right info and just want to oversell. Never trust them and stay away from this dealership
