Ounkar was helpful when he saw a sale pending. After sale service and responses to enquirers and concerns, horrible. I have been trying to resolve fob and service issues since the day after I paid for and picked up the vehicle. No one answers calls, emails or questions. They got my money and have gone silent.

Bad and Bitter Experience with the sales consultant-Mr. Brandon Thomos. He is not doing marketing, just selling a product. I have bought a used car Nissan Rogue 2016 and the deal was made by Mr. Brandon Thomos on Wednesday August 25, 2021. He provided 90 days warranty. When he delivered the vehicle, I found the back camera was not working. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership and the brand they represent has been diminished based on their attitude and heavy handed tactics with respect to unfair repairs. Irregardless this QX50 Infiniti was purchased in 2019, lightly driven and has no reason to have the type of mechanical/wear and tear issues so soon after acquisition. This is for Myers INFINITI in Bells Corners I'm writing this about Myers Bells Corners Infiniti so people don't think they will get a better experience across town. After finding out my father passed one week prior, they tried to get my aging mother to spend $8000 dollars to fix his car which was there for winter tire change. Spread the word! Watch out for Myers
terrible service I bought a qx70 from Myers in January 2018. demo with 15k on it, supposed to be like new (in the showroom). all sorts of electrical problems. car wasn"t cleaned prior to pick up. lies about things that have been fixed, when they have not been. its been in for service 5 times already. now they are refusing to fix, won't return my emails, still have my car and I have a loaner. 5 days so far.
They damage more than fixing My car take synthetic oil they fill it with regular oil the engine start getting weird noise when I went back to them they said I am the one who asked them to put that oil for a car worth 50 thousand!!! and they don't call back I don't know a company like infiniti they have managers like that i don't recommend to buy infiniti if they have like this service. I have a rust started inside the camera at the back they took pictures and they said they will call back never. after year no one call back
after sale service non existen hi i bought a q50 hybrid 2 and a half months ago and still havent made a payment on it been trying to get anser fore months they reply we will check in to it and never call back.plus the car they sold me have rust on it already, wow not impress.
Rusting New 2016 Q50 My 2016 Q50 started rusting on the trunk and over the left tail-light within 6 months of delivery. Getting warrantied repairs approved was very difficult and required a two month delay and direct contact with the general manager and Infiniti Canada. It's distressing that the product is defective, but the lack of concern and customer service from Infiniti is unforgivable for a brand that labels itself luxury.
