Unfortunate experience leasing a QX60 from Myers as the engine was red tagged under lease. Never again. I went from being a net promoter of Myers Infiniti to now being a net detractor.

I have 2 serious concerns: 1. poor brake materials that cause significant and embarrassing noise on use, 2. inability to solve a reset issue with my info/entertainment system. This is after 2 previous attempts to solve the problem.

Really bad service. First time I went to see them, because I had a problem with my car QX50 2019 they said they will call me when the part is in. After 2 month I call to ask if received. They said sorry you gotta come back 15 hours drive, because the Mechanician they had left Myer for another place and they cannot find the part number he had order. Unfortunately I wish I could say I enjoyed my experience at MYERS Infiniti, having bought my car from them and purchasing and extended warranty to cover such issues as the one that happened - I took my vehicle in and reported that it needed a new door lock actuator. Regardless they deemed it necessary to run a diagnostic for that and the window which was rattling due to the malfunctioning actuator. Went to this dealership after visiting the Mercedes dealer right beside it. After spending 20 mins with a sales guy, only to find out nothing in stock. Mentioned this to the supervisor Amin, instead of helping out a customer, he started to get rude. Never again going back here.

Worst service I've ever received. Stated they performed a vehicle wash did not. Returned with dirty oil hands prints all over. Just to mention a few things never provided a loaner or rental after over a week of being without. 2 oils leaks already and xxxx service.

Initial dealings with this dealership upon purchase were good, however the follow-up has been less impressive.
