Was not happy with lack of customer service until I asked to cancel my appointment due to no loaner and no shuttle service. It was only when I arrived to pick up my wheels to get serviced somewhere else was it offered that they can work on my vehicle right away, it would only take an hour and free wheel storage was offered. I gave them a chance to make it right. I hope in future things can be made right from the start.
