They Took Very Good Care of Me They knew their stuff. Beautiful cars. Beautiful dealership. They were kind, worked to get me the car I needed, and to ensure I received great value. That was important to me. The whole experience was top notch. I couldn't say even one bad thing. Spencer and Mike were excellent but also the manager and the service shop. Superb service for my Infiniti Excellent service all the time and providing a loaner car while my car is being serviced is a real treat and makes having my service performed by Meyers super convenient. Their process for getting the car in for service and the pick-up after is streamlined and efficient. I find the quality of the work to be well done. In addition to maintenance I also get my car detailed by Meyers. They do a first class job and my car looks like new when I pick it up. Highly recommend.
Over the past five months, our experience with Myers Infiniti has been nothing short of a nightmare. We are still making our monthly payments on our 2019 QX80, yet the service we’ve received has been absolutely unacceptable. My horrible experience with Myers Infiniti started since I bought my 2017 Certified Preowned QX60 in 2021. It used to go in intermittent limp mode from day one, but that was very rare. Hence, it was very hard to reproduce. I was also new to CVTs, so reading on the internet made me believe that's just how CVTs are. I brought my car back the 2nd or 3rd day after buying, but obviously, they couldn't reproduce the limp mode since the issue was intermittent.
